1. Decide what type of destination you want.

Every destination in Mexico has its own personality.  Knowing what you want will help you narrow down your options.  Some things to consider are the weather, landscape, vibe, entertainment options, and accessibility for the states.

For example, If you want to have a safe travel experience, after Mexico City, Cancun’s airport has the most direct flights from the USA helping you minimize your time and exposure in airports.

2. Find a boutique hotel or villa for your accommodations and venue.

Booking a boutique hotel or private villa for your wedding is the safest option.  With a buyout ,there will be no other guests on the premises, and all staff will be attending exclusively to your guests.  On top of that, all staff can follow your personal guidelines of safety, too!

3. Hire private transportation for all your guests.

The safest way to get to your hotel or villa is to hire personal transportation.  Your guests will be met by certified personnel and guided to their private transportation, which will be sanitized before their arrival.  You can safely know that your vehicle has not been exposed to anyone with Covid.

4. Book private activities and tours for just your guests.

Most of the activities offered in Mexico are in the open air; the only way to make them even safer is to book them privately for your guests.  For example, book a boat or catamaran for your guests, or an exclusive tour of ATVs, and request that all surfaces are sanitized prior to your arrival.

5. Have the best time

Hire suppliers that follow safety guidelines and bring them all to you!  Finding the most professional suppliers is key to guarantee safety.
